What we collect
If you contact us or submit an early-access request, we may collect your email address, role, institution, message, and the social campaign fields included in the link you followed, such as source platform, campaign, content ID, and UTM parameters.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, understand whether Aidemia may be relevant to your teaching or programme work, and learn which public research-and-development posts create useful conversations.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and understand demand for Aidemia. If you choose to receive product updates, we rely on your consent for those marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
- Unqualified enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months.
- Enquiries in active or meaningful conversation are normally kept for 24 months from the last meaningful contact.
- We delete sooner on request unless we need to keep a limited record for legal, regulatory, or opt-out suppression reasons.
Sharing
We do not sell your details. We may use service providers that help operate our website, email, hosting, backups, and security. They must only process the data for the service they provide to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data. You can also withdraw marketing consent. Email hello@aidemia.co.uk and we will respond as required by UK data protection law.
Complaints
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue with you first.
